第一章《FACE ZONE》は、感情や記憶、言葉にならない内面が表情として現れ、交差する「顔の領域」を描いたシリーズである。顔とは、個の境界であり、世界と接続する最前線でもある。《IMMERSED DUO》では、その境界が二人の間で溶け始める。互いの感情や存在に深く没入することで、個は個でありながらも分離できない関係へと変化する。二つの顔は向き合うのではなく、同じ深度へ沈み込み、関係性そのものが一つの存在として立ち現れる。本作は、人と人が出会い、影響し合い、不可逆的に結びつく瞬間を可視化する試みである。

The first chapter, FACE ZONE, explored the face as a territory where emotions, memories, and unspoken inner states emerge and intersect. The face functions both as a boundary of the self and as the closest point of contact with the world.IMMERSED DUO extends this idea beyond the individual. Here, the boundary between two people begins to dissolve as they become deeply immersed in one another’s presence. While remaining distinct individuals, they enter a state where separation is no longer possible. The two faces do not confront each other; instead, they sink into the same depth, allowing the relationship itself to appear as a single existence. This series visualizes the moment when human connection transforms individuals and creates an irreversible bond.
