ボンドアートとは？
ボンドアートは、ライブペイントや壁画、アートセラピーの分野で活動するクリエイター「冨永ボンド」が2009年に創案した独自の画法で、日常的でありながら絵画素材としては異質な「木工用ボンド」という媒体を作品の主役に据えた、現代アート作品群です。
乾けば半透明で無色、接着という実用的機能しか持たないはずのボンドは、絵の具を混ぜて着色することで独特の光沢と立体感を生み、またライブ創作の偶然性と作者の感情や思念が交錯することで力強い躍動感と平面作品の奥行きを作り上げます。光を受けて艶やかに輝くマチエール（絵肌）は、視覚だけでなく“触れてみたい”という触覚的欲求を呼び起こし、鑑賞体験を多層的なものにします。
視覚的に色面をつなぐ隆起したボンドの線は、個性を尊重するバリア「境界」でありながら、個と個を渡す「橋」でもあり、時に大地の割れ目や水面の輝き、あるいは人体をめぐる血管のように作品全体を駆け巡り脈動する「生命線」でもあります。
カラーパート（色面）は、均一な面塗りだけではなく、木目や絵肌のニュアンス、躍動する筆跡が呼吸するように残されており、「ツナガリ」系の作品群は”静”、「マジワリ」系の作品群は”動”。20を超えるボンドアート作品群はライブ創作ならではの静と動が織り交ざり、緊張と解放のリズムを画面に刻んでいます。
美術市場においては、ボンドアートは「物質の可能性を拡張するアート」として差別化されます。全てが原画一点物である唯一無二の質感はデジタル時代の複製困難性とも相性が良く、コレクション価値を高めます。加えて、作品の背後にある「工業製品を感情的表現へ昇華させる」というストーリー性と、ほぼ全ての作品が「ライブで制作（オーディエンスありきの公開創作）されている」というパフォーマンス性は、ギャラリーや美術館、多種多様な分野のイベント企画にも通用します。

◆What is “Bond Art”?
Bond Art is a distinctive painting method created in 2009 by the contemporary artist Tominaga Bond, known for his work in live painting, mural projects, and art therapy. This original technique features wood glue—a common, utilitarian adhesive—as the central material in fine art, transforming an everyday substance into the core medium of a contemporary art movement.
When dried, the glue becomes translucent and colorless, seemingly limited to its practical function of adhesion. Yet, when mixed with pigments, it reveals a unique luster and dimensional texture. The interplay between the fluidity of the material and the artist’s emotional and spontaneous gestures during live creation generates a powerful sense of dynamism and depth on the surface. The glossy, light-reflective texture invites not only visual but also tactile engagement, awakening the viewer’s desire to “touch” and deepening the sensory experience of the artwork.
The raised glue lines that visually connect colored planes serve as boundaries that honor individuality, while simultaneously acting as bridges linking one form to another. At times, these lines resemble cracks in the earth, shimmering water surfaces, or even pulsating blood vessels—forming lifelines that circulate through the composition.
The colored areas (color parts) are not uniformly flat; they retain the nuances of wood grain, brushstrokes, and breathing textures. Works categorized under the theme “Tsunagari” (Connection) embody stillness, while those under “Majiwari” (Interweave) express movement. Across more than twenty thematic series, Bond Art compositions capture this rhythmic tension between stillness and motion, creating a living pulse within the picture plane.
In the art market, Bond Art is recognized as an art that expands the potential of materials. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind original—its unreplicable surface texture perfectly aligned with the values of authenticity in the digital age. 創作テーマ「ツナガリ」
ボンドは接着剤。モノとモノをつなぐ力があります。ボンドアートは絵画。ライブアート創作を通して人と人をつなぎ、自由に楽しんで絵を描く作業の大切さをより多くの人に伝える役割があります。絵は本来、人の中にあるもの。作家活動をしていると「私は絵心がない」とおっしゃる方に多く出会います。絵心は本来、子どもの頃みんなが持っていたものです。義務教育や社会経験の過程で、人と比べられ、上手く出来なければならない、もっと褒められたい、怒られたくない…楽しむことよりも技巧への傾きが大きくなり、大人になるに連れて知らず知らずのうちに少しずつ絵を失う。絵心は失っているだけです。取り戻すことができます。日々の生活の彩りをより豊かなものにするため、みなさんに自分の絵とのツナガリを取り戻して欲しい。アートとは、リハビリテーションである。ボンドアートは 、アートと医療をつなぐ力を以て、新たなクリエイティブと生活の彩りを創造し、医療福祉分野と過疎地域社会の活性化に貢献します。
黒いボンドの理由
創作テーマ「ツナガリ」の象徴。黒いボンドの立体的な線は、コニシ株式会社製のボンド木工用と黒い水性絵の具を混ぜて黒く着色しています。黒に着想を得たのは、ブラックミュージック（HIPHOP）から。ライブペイントだけでなく芸術療法や地域事業、分野の垣根を越えた先の人たちと関わっていく中で、「ツナガリ」の象徴的部分を強調するため、色は最も強い「黒」のみを使用し、画面（絵柄）の中で最も目立つように「立体的」であり、最も美しく「光り輝く」というコンセプトに変わって行きました。また、色と色を黒でつなぐことは、色と色を完全に「隔てる」ことでもあります。面の色調やカタチの個性を崩さず、そのままつないでいく。混ぜるではなく、 つなぐ。個性は否定せず「尊重する」意味があります。（作品群の中には、ツナガリと対象的なマジワリがあります）
作品のモチーフ
ボンドアートには、人と人をつなぐ社会的役割があるため、作品のモチーフは全て「人」あるいは「人と何かの関わり」を描いています。ボンドアート作品群（第１章～第２２章）は、抽象・半抽象・立体・テキストなどジャンルは多岐に渡り、其々に「人」に関わる一貫したコンセプトがあります。（各作品群のコンセプトについては、下記をご覧ください）
